At Smartrend, our clients' quality standards are non-negotiable. Unlike agents or trading companies, we take ownership of quality assurance to ensure that every product meets its required specifications and standards, every step of the way.

Quality is step one in qualifying a factory.

Smartrend uses only ISO-certified factories but we rely on our own quality assurance systems (inspectors and documentation) to ensure that our customer's needs are not only met but also exceeded. As well, to maintain integrity throughout the manufacturing process, we utilize third party laboratories for testing and analysis of materials, dimensions, finishes, performance and more.

Consistency Requires Diligence

Assuring that every product measures up to our clients' quality standards is the responsibility of our own dedicated team of inspectors who all have backgrounds in engineering and are trained in ISO QM principles. Throughout the entire production process, our inspectors work to ensure that our client's specifications are achieved.
