Preparing for production

Simply send us your engineer's drawings, specifications, samples and annual usage data. Our international office will review your product details, ensuring that all necessary information is available for offshore factories to provide a quotation. We'll the provide quotation packages to at least three factories (quotation lead-time is typically five to seven business days).

Finding a suitable factory

Once we've gathered all the quotations, we'll provide you with a price range. When you approve the price range, we'll personally visit each factory and complete a detailed assessment to determine the partner that is best suited to produce your product.

Finalizing your price

After a factory is selected, we'll provide a final product price; including any required tooling costs, as well as lead-time for a First Article Sample Submission.

Ensuring quality samples

Our international office completes a quality inspection to ensure that First Article Samples meet your requirements.

Planning for excellence

After the approval of the First Article Samples, Smartrend's on site Quality Assurance Inspectors arrange a production schedule and quality plan with the factory.

Shipping to your door

When production is completed, our offices will coordinate secure shipment of your order directly to your doorstep.
